Yesterday afternoon I met Melanie at Golden Spoon. Last night after dinner Rob, David and I went to Pinkberry. I could have (or should have) said, “I’ll pass tonight since I had Golden Spoon this afternoon.” But I didn’t say anything and I happily enjoyed my second frozen yogurt treat of the day. I just can't resist the creamy goodness...

Golden Spoon was my fave during pregnancy. They don't have them here, but when we'd visit my parents in San Diego I would eat it twice a day. Low carb and yummy!
